New week!


Monday today and a new week has begun. Today I had a day without work and therefore I chose to sleep a little. I got some sort of ear disorder last week so I slept poorly because of the pain it caused so it was nice to sleep and recharge the batteries. Perfect for me because I knew that later I would go out for a run and then a little bit later head of to the gym for a strength workout.
Today's strength workout:
Cleans 3x4 3x2 65kg and 60kg (hanging)
Deep squat 6x4 90kg
Deadlift 8x4 90kg
Push Press 6x4 45kg
This week I will be fully focused on trying to improve the technique of the exercises that we will be tested in at 30/1. Because in 30th of January it is time to go to Kungälv and be tested in both strength and speed together with the u18, the academy and the women's national team. I'm very exited to go and meet everyone again and also to see if all the training since the last tests have made some difference in the results.
My last performance in the test, calculated in 3RM (repetition maximum)
Squats: 100kg
Bench press: 60kg
Push Press: 57.5kg
Clean (hanging): 60kg
Pullups: 2rep
